(Assistant) Manager, Human Resources & Administration

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of HR functions including recruitment, C&B, learning & development, HRBP, HRIS & employee relations;
Work proactively with Section Managers on manpower planning & costing;
Assist in staff activities, employee life cycle management, HR reporting, HR policy formulation, etc.;
Support ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements

Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 5-8 years' relevant experience in HR & Admin function, preferably within IT or Engineering sector
MNC background with exposure in working with government departments or NGOs
Experience serving in mainland company is definitely an advantage
Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance and related regulatory requirements
Hands on experience in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of Chinese, English and proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
