Delegation visit from Hong Kong Computer Society
On 22 October 2019, around 25 members from Hong Kong Computer Society visited our Science Park office. To have better understanding of LSCM’s achievement, our colleagues have prepared different technology showcases to the guests. The visitors were interested in the VR training on using heavy duty crane truck. In the future, we would like to have more cooperation with different industry players in order to carry out innovative application.

LSCM Logistics Summit 2019
Under the theme of “The Pivotal Role of Hong Kong in the Greater Bay Area”, LSCM presented a series of its newly developed and commercialised technologies in the logistics and other sectors to help enhance efficiency and facilitate collaboration among businesses in the Greater Bay Area (GBA). Showcased technology innovations by LSCM included the Deliverbot, Smart Service Robots, Smart Lifter, Follow-Me Robot, Hong Kong-Zhuhai Trade Facilitation Platform (eTFP), eBRAM Online Dispute Resolution Platform and Smart Traffic Control System, etc., along with others developed in collaboration with its partner organisations.

Visit of Ms Rebecca Pun, Commissioner for Innovation and Technology
The new Commissioner for Innovation and Technology, Ms Rebecca Pun, visited LSCM Cyberport office on 17 September 2019. Our CEO, Mr Simon Wong, introduced the latest development and technologies to the Commissioner and her team. Our colleagues demonstrated different technology achievements in community, logistics, construction, robotics and automation aspects to the guests.

Delegation visit from Chinese Medicine Hospital Project Office
On 19 Aug 2019, LSCM received the delegation visit from the Chinese Medicine Hospital. During the visit, our colleagues have introduced different technologies regarding locationing technology, AI/big data analytics, Internet-of-Things (IoT) and robotics and automation to the guests.

Green Innovation and Technology Day
LSCM participated in Green Innovation and Technology Day on 6 Aug at HKSTP which was organised by Environment Bureau and EMSD. LSCM exhibited “Smart Barrier” at the booth with demonstration to the guests. Mr Wong Kam Sing, Secretary for the Environment of HKSAR also visited LSCM booth to obtain the information about the technologies.

Greater Bay Festival 2019
LSCM took part in the Greater Bay Festival 2019 held on 29 June to 1 July 2019 in Victoria Park.
LSCM showcased an interactive game - the EEG Remote Control Robot to let the youngsters experience the fun and convenience brought about by innovation and technology. The game was very popular throughout the three days among the participants.
