Entitled “M2M in IoT: Impacts and Opportunities”, Hong Kong Electronics & Technologies Association held the HKETA Symposium 2015 in Charles K Kao Auditorium of Hong Kong Science Park on 24 August. The symposium consisted of 2 sessions: business and technology, and smart city applications and implementations. Our CEO, Mr Simon Wong, was invited to be the moderator of a panel discussion focusing on “Public Impact and Ability of M2M to Improve Society”. The Centre also showcased the authentication technology of Chinese wine with the use of LSCM’s developed RFID reader, as well as the sensing technologies applied in museums during the event.
