The Hong Kong Council of Social Service is initiating the 2nd Annual Conference on Policy Research and Advocacy, with the topic on Forward and Onward: Challenges and Opportunities in data science and informing social services. We are grateful to be joined by sectorial experts from local social service, public health, academia, information technology, and share of experiences on their work and future possibilities of using big data in informing social services.
