Overview

The precise location information of production logistics resources within industrial settings not only streamlines search processes but also empowers the data-driven decisionmaking process. This project aims to establish an auto-calibrated real-time locating service(RTLS)-based production logistics synchronisation system. This project will significantly enhance cost competitiveness as location awareness not only can be achieved through the RTLS but also serve as inputs for generating high-quality decisions at the operations level of production logistics. The deliverables of this project will boost the capability of indoor positioning in terms of accuracy and latency under industry environment, which will lower the implementation cost for potential users.
