2nd Annual Conference on Research & Advocacy
Organised by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, the 2nd Annual Conference on Policy Research and Advocacy was held online on 18 March 2022, with the topic on “Forward and Onward: Challenges and Opportunities in data science and informing social services”. Experts from local social service, public health, academia, information technology, and share of experiences on their work and future possibilities of using big data in informing social services.
Dr. Frank Tong, Director (Research and Technology Development) of LSCM, and Mr. David Chung, Senior Project Manager of LSCM, were speakers of the conference to share their insights about “Smart data infrastructure and big data analytics in Elderly Care”.
